🕒 Return Eligibility

We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The product must be in the same condition as you received it.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

💸 Non-Refundable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
  • Opened or used products
  • Items marked as “final sale”
  • Gift cards

🔁 Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected:
  • We will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
